all of it, in one place
FEES
Three charges, one of which is not ours and is larger than both of the others combined.
What you pay
Only the first three apply to a depositor. Opening a vault is not
charged for at all — the $100 is a minimum stake, which is the creator's own money and stays theirs.
The one charge on this page that is actually ours is the $1,000 launch, which pays for minting a coin. If that
looks like a thin revenue line, it is: the launchpad is the business, and a vault is the thing that makes the
launchpad worth using.
The cost nobody quotes
A vault doing ten round trips a month, on a 100 SOL book:
Pool fees @ 0.25% per side5.0 SOL / month
Flow fee @ 0.03% per side0.6 SOL / month
Annualised pool drag~60% of NAV
Churn is the dominant cost in this product. It is larger than slippage
and larger than anything on this page that we charge. A leader has to clear it before a depositor sees a
single SOL of profit.
Which is why every vault publishes what it actually paid, and why the design prefers fewer,
larger, longer-held trades.
Why no management fee
NAV 100 · return 40%leader earns 8
NAV 1,000 · return 4%leader earns 8
A capacity-constrained leader is exactly indifferent to taking more money — gains are
capped by what the strategy can absorb, not by the size of the book. Add a management fee and that breaks:
the leader now wants AUM they cannot deploy, which is how funds end up oversized and mediocre.
Why realised only
Paper gains on memecoins routinely evaporate. Charging on unrealised profit would let a
leader bank a fee on a 10x that round-trips to nothing, paid by the depositor who held it the whole way
down. Only closed positions count.
The fee that goes the other way
A vault launched through the launchpad has
one charge pointing into it rather than out. The mint's 0.05% creator fee is paid to the vault account,
not to the creator's wallet, and the route is fixed at creation.
Token volume, 24h11,200 SOL
Creator fee at 0.05%+5.60 SOL
Pot it lands in610 SOL
Lift to every share+0.92% / day
Nobody traded anything to earn that. It raises the share price for the leader and the
depositors by the same percentage, which is the one thing on this site that pays a depositor without requiring
the person trading to be any good.
And it decays. Memecoin volume falls off a cliff within weeks. Read a fee
number as a head start for a vault's first weeks, never as a yield — check the launch date and what the volume
has done since.
Worked example
You deposit100.00 SOL at share price 1.0000
Vault runs up, you withdraw at1.4000
Gross value140.00 SOL
Your gain above your own cost40.00 SOL
Performance fee at 20%−8.00 SOL
You receive132.00 SOL
A depositor who entered at 1.3000 and left at the same 1.4000 pays 20% of their 7.7%
gain, not of yours. Nobody ever subsidises anybody, because the fee is computed from each person's own entry.
